A maintenance company wanted an app for their field technician to keep track of the ongoing and upcoming work-orders to be completed. So that, even if the technicians are on site they still would be able to update the requirements, status of the work and their availability.
We created a canvas app that would show a list of bookings (work orders) with the ability to edit, view and filter. Facility to navigate to the external links present on the work order from the app itself was provided.
App had an ability to record start and finish work timings, search products, capture images from users device camera or gallery and upload it with text. Listing of captured images and their details. App had repetitive table listing with editable grid format for the custom tables created in D365.
A finance company needed a mobile app that would help their customers to operate, manage their funds and apply for various schemes provided.
Company had the operating CRM as Dynamics 365. So we opted to go with a canvas app. App had a facility of login in with provided username and password. Customers were able to view their account, perform transfer fund functionality and apply for the loans and schemes provided by the bank. Used Grid view to show account statement and a functionality to download the account statement. This was done using Power Automate Flow which was responsible for creating the document on OneDrive and from there it was downloaded using Power Automate Functions. Once the download was completed the document was deleted from OneDrive. Also, push notifications were used to notify customers about the upcoming schemes.
